The
SkyLink Group of companies is, arguably, the most

divisions: The first, known as the SkyLink Aviation

Travel Group, combines SkyLink Travel, an airline
consolidator business established in Canada, the
USA, Germany and India, Payless Travel, an e-Commerce
travel agency and fulfillment house for “dot
com” companies, FlyLink Travel a hybrid internet/traditional
retail agency, Global Travel Network, a franchise
retail travel organization, BTN a corporate travel
services company, SkyLink Holidays, a leader in
affordable vacation packages, TourCan Vacations,
a veteran in escorted tours to exotic destinations,
Quality of Life, specialized in wellness and learning
experiences, Heritage Tours, dedicated to religious
escorted tours and Go Israel Travel, focusing on
travel experiences in Israel as the name indicates.
Finally, the SkyLink Software Group consists of
SkyLink Software Systems, Inc. (SSSI), providing
database management and software development for
SkyLink Travel and the airline and travel industries,
SkyLink Aggregation Systems (SAS), providing integration
software between Internet based travel reservations
systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and
SIS Host, a hosting facility for application software.

| SkyLink Travel |
SkyLink Travel is the child of one
idea, one man and one will. Formed originally in 1971
in London, England, as Sunbeam Travel Limited, it
operated initially as a General Sales Agent and airline
ticket consolidator. Mr. Babra, a founder of the company,
moved to Canada in 1979 and established SkyLink Canada
with its first office in Toronto. On the heels of
Toronto’s Office success the first USA office
was opened in New York in 1981.
In order to strategically position itself for its
next stage of growth SkyLink continued to open new
offices in Los Angeles and then Chicago. Soon after
that, SkyLink entered in partnership with a French
speaking travel agency based in Quebec, Canada, leading
to the opening of SkyLink Montreal. Since then new
offices were opened in Los Angeles, Miami, Ottawa,
Mississauga and Vancouver in North America and in
Frankfurt, Germany, and in Delhi, India.
Today, SkyLink Travel can be best described as a forward-looking
and innovative travel organization seeking continuous
growth opportunities. It is goal oriented and operates
on well-defined written and constantly reinforced
principles of conducting good business. Its flexibility
to adapt itself to current business environments,
